1 Where do I stand?

Stress and resilience check

The Resilienzify course starts with a personal stress check. In this you will find out which signals your body, your thinking, your emotions and your behavior send out when you are stressed and which inner drivers increase your stress levels. You will also look at your personal stressors and define how you imagine a balanced life.

2Theoretical basics

Fundamentals Online Live!

In the three online sessions, you will learn how to recognize stress in yourself and others and why the body reacts the way it does. Stress in itself is not a bad thing - only stress that never ends can endanger your health. The course will show you various ways of managing stress and creating a balance between tension and relaxation. Finally, we will look at the topic of resilience: resilience is the "immune system of the psyche". We will look at the things that strengthen us, keep us healthy and help us get through crises.

Part 1 - Recognizing stress: Your biological early warning system

In the Resilienzify course, you will learn that your physical reactions, your subjective thoughts and your feelings are natural responses to stress. The stress response is an ancient survival program that enabled our ancestors and mothers in the wild to fight or run away in the face of danger. These reactions also occur today, but not only when our lives are in danger, but also when too many emails land in our inbox or the flood of tasks seems unmanageable. Then the body's reaction is no longer appropriate. If we recognize the signals early on, we can learn to regulate our reactions better. With the help of the P.E.A.K. model, we can intervene individually and specifically where the leverage for a healthier way of dealing with stress is most effective.

Part 2 - Working on stress: Instrumental, mental and regenerative

The practice-oriented "Three Levels of Stress Competence" model works on the levels of instrumental, mental and regenerative stress competence and offers you a well-founded approach to constructively coping with stress. It shows that stress is not only triggered by external circumstances, but is also significantly influenced by our way of thinking and our own beliefs. In addition, the holistic stress competence model emphasizes how important active regeneration is for dealing with stressful situations in a healthy and constructive way.

Resilience is not the same for everyone, and its strength can fluctuate throughout life. But one thing is certain: resilience can be developed and it is never too late to start. Getting out of a crisis situation without damage or even growing from it - that is resilience! With the seven pillars of resilience - optimism, acceptance, solution orientation, leaving the role of victim, taking responsibility, building networks, planning for the future - resilience can be developed and trained in concrete terms. In the course, you will learn the appropriate exercises and how to apply them in practice.

Focus and mindfulness day

On the focus and mindfulness day, we will reflect together on the implementation of your action plan. This day is accompanied by practical exercises for relaxation, breathing, enjoyment and directing your attention. Where we focus our attention has a decisive influence on the quality of our experience. Being able to consciously direct the focus of attention can be trained and developed and is one of the key skills in these turbulent times of constant overstimulation and information overload.

4 Self-Learning

Ensuring transfer into practice with e-learning

After the 3-part online course "Resilienzify", you will continue working in your Learning Cloud for 5 weeks. Small learning units help you to stay on the ball and make the transfer to everyday life. Learning takes place anywhere: Whether in the evening on your PC, on the go on your smartphone or over lunch: you continue to deal with your stress, your stress thoughts and your solutions and integrate them into your life.

5 Individual development

Individual coaching

If you would like to further improve your stress management skills, you can continue to work on your individual challenges with the help of your personal coach. Your overall professional and personal situation can be examined. About the course «Resilienzify»

Online Duration The course lasts one week from Monday to Friday. The times from 4pm - 7pm are set so that you can easily integrate the course into your working week.
